Lead Financial Reporting

THE ROLE Reporting to the Head, Corporate Accounting, this position provides in-depth technical accounting support to the organization and is pivotal in the preparation, review, and filing of public documents and correspondence with the SEC. This role is instrumental in leading the Company’s compliance efforts related to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and acts as a key technical accounting resource for the finance department. The ideal candidate will be a certified public accountant with a blend of Big 4 public accounting experience and expertise from the corporate accounting department of a publicly traded life sciences organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the entire process for SEC filings, including but not limited to 10-Ks, 10-Qs, Proxy Statements, and 8-Ks Spearhead technical accounting research and assessments in areas such as revenue recognition, business development activities, and other significant non-routine transactions Suppor Apply now and work remotely at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals
